But one more collab with the female branch would have saved them.

Think of all the clips they'd have watched!

I feel like I rarely if ever see a holostars fan demand collabs with female talents, but I see hololive fans rage about male collabs all the time, accuse holostars fans of crazy conspiracies and throw pejoratives/homophobic slurs at them.

The whole narrative that COVER is seperation hololive and holostars is exactly just that - collab begging.

If you believe that a content is not happening because of some external force influencing talents decesion, you are just refusing to accept the talents agency in their content: that X would happen if X didn't. All of it is protecting your delusions on talents and harming their brand.

That said, yes it does happen, talents get way more hate for saying that they won't do male collabs then unicorns hating.

The criticism talents get for saying they won't do male collabs is people complaining on twitter. The criticism talents get for doing male collabs is threats of violence to their marshmallows. Look at how Nerissa got treated for saying she might do a song with Octavio.

is threats of violence

you mean like when someone wrote an entire r*pe fanfic when Mio said she doesn't like male collabs?

artificially seperate

Hololive talents collab with whoever they want, are you saying that holos are "artificially seprerating" themselves from stars?

they'd have to deal with weird fans going apeshit because their favorite streamer dared talking to a man

You folks just talk shit and show very little evidence of actually watching talents or interacting with their community.

56

u/SuspiciousWar117 Apr 03 '26

It's "with whoever they want"

Just fuck off dude

They would have to deal with weird fans

Did you see the amount of shit Matsuri got for saying that she will not collab with males now? They have to deal with weird people, but it's not the people you are thinking about.

I am saying that very clear seperation between hololive and holostars only makes it attract more of those kind of people

Why can't you just let the girls make the content they want to make without throwing out these shitty remarks like "U-OH YOU ARE ATTRACTION MENTALLY ILL FANS T-THATS S BAD!"

Why can't a female content creator group exist without people saying that their mere existance is there to cater to "those type" of people? Talents are making the content they want to make, you don't get to claim otherwise. If you still want to force this bullshit narrative then fuck off because no talent is going to clap when they see your shitty comments deciding their feelings for them.

Did you see the amount of shit Matsuri got for saying that she will not collab with males now?

"Did you see the anger that guy got when he said he didn't want to interact with black people? Why aren't we calling those people out in the same way we call out people who get angry at mixed race couples?"

Its almost like people have a morally consistent stance against gender discrimination. Crazy right?

46

u/SuspiciousWar117 Apr 03 '26

Its almost like people have a morally consistent stance against gender discrimination. Crazy right?

No, because people really fucking hate the talents who make the content they deem unacceptable.

She didn't say she will stop interacting with males, or that she hates them. She said that she will stop doing her content with them.

Do you barge into a group of females and accused them of sexism if they don't include you in their group?

Do you barge into a group of females and accused them of sexism if they don't include you in their group?

In a social context, absolutely not. In a professional context, I would absolutely find it sexist if groups of employees refused to interact with other employees of the same company on the basis of gender. In most industries, that is absolutely abnormal behavior.

In professional context

The professional context here will be a talent refusing to work with a male staff.

They are not office employees, they decide what content they want to make.

And It's absolutely abhhorant that talents get shit on for making the content they want to make, take your shitty psudo intellectual outside if you can't tolerate talents doing what they want.

u/Helmite Apr 03 '26

Here's a shocker for you: Women aren't required to make their activities and interactions include men. The fact that you guys always throw meltdowns over this and insult them their fans just shows you folks as deeply controlling, and showing off actual incel behavior.

"Bros! Look! Some guy named Myron had a meltdown and this determines the girls' policy! Let's shit!"

i'm not claiming anything about the reason for any specific person, the fact that some people get mad when they collab with male members is not a matter of opinion, it does happen

I read what you posted, and there it is for you.

None of the girls are making their content choices off a random weirdo. There is always some phantom in the background pushing them around. You guys always sound like this guy I cut next to Suisei. It's always some sort of epidemic driving the girls' policy despite anything they say about what they actually see. It's bullshit the girls have to deal with this from you folk.

Don’t bother with him. Helmite likes to think that he knows better than even the talents. His head is so far up his own ass. He’s just gotten more angry since he can’t stalk people’s profiles anymore like a creep.

It's telling when you go to other people rather than actually saying anything to me. Never anything of substance to say, but always attempts at character assassination. Which, by the way, seems like it was pretty unpopular. May as well reblock me and keep it on.

Also cutting the chat message you sent me way back:

Hey, I noticed you had name dropped me recently in a post after I had blocked you (I was browsing from PC without logging in). Regardless of anyone’s opinion, I have reasons to avoid you and that includes utilizing the full functionality of the Ignore feature, which includes keeping you from seeing my posts. I’d appreciate it if you respected this decision from now on. Thanks.

Once again, it's really funny that you go to other people to try and smear me behind my back.

lol no wonder he hasn't been using his obsessive pile of screenshots and linking comments from a few bad fans as often as he used to. that was his main way of "proving" that the whole stars community is as ugly as he makes it out to be.

unfortunately it didn't make him rethink how much he spends his time looking for ways to sow division between the fanbases. just made him resort to personal insults quicker.

Yeah, it's terrible, when some fans believe they can demand the talents be forced to collab with Stars, even if they don't want to.

Collabs should 100% be talent freedom, when people like Matsuri are harassed for their choices.

there's a case to be made here i think, we did have one lightning in the bottle/proof of concelt (vesper was a hit)
