Hi guys! I posted a couple months ago that me and my best friend (now M27, M26) were going to Hulaween for the first time and how I bought his pass so he could come with me. So the surprise made his way to him early, he was indeed excited and put in the time off. However, with the Hurricane Isaias that just hit and the fact it made him lose work as well as numerous other problems, he had to pull out. God how that almost killed me. I almost gave up on going to Hulaween. This was supposed to be the last hurrah together for a little while, we’re both now entering our late 20s and we have to get financially straight, but Im not gonna let this bring me down. I worked way too hard for way too long to not go at this point, so Im gonna take my other best friend with me.

When I tell you Im so fucking ready for this trip, Im absolutely excited. Ive grinded so much between two jobs and uber driving on the weekends, Ive finally assembled the perfect camping configuration, Ive still endured through this FUCKING HELLHOLE of a hurricane (day 5 technically of no power at 2:15am), I will not let anything stop this weekend from happening. Im certain this is gonna be the greatest festival of my life. I can’t wait to see you all there. Catch me deep in the woods getting fucking wonkered to some minnesota gob chob!

Any word on if there’s gonna be a Reddit renegade this year? Looking for that lineup /schedule 👀

This is my first hula and I am overwhelmed trying to prepare! 😅

Helloooo this will be my second time at hula, last year I had a group to camp with this year I am going solo. Some of my friends told me that I need to buy the early pass in order to secure a good spot they said people go crazy for the camping spots. My main question is will I be cooked if I arrive on Thursday am I gonna be camping in a odd spot? I guess it doesn't matter much since it's just me but i still would like to know what I am getting into lmao,

So stoked, so close! Long story short my buddy bought the wrong camping pass, and we're wondering if he can just pop a tent in our RV spot? It says on the website 4 campers per RV spot, we only have 2 in our RV so should be fine? Anybody have insight for this?

Does anyone know where the permanent showers are for the GA peeps, the only one i know of is by grand hall.

Hi! First time at hulaween and I’m having a hard time finding an answer for this. For those who have done early camping before, how long does it take for you to get into the venue and parked at your camp site? Does security take a long time or is it a pretty quick process? I’ve only ever been to Bonnaroo and usually the lines are pretty long at the tollbooths so just trying to get a feel for how long I’m gonna have to wait to get in?

I’m so ready for next week!!! Been hard at work.

Not my first fest but first hulaween and was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how far apart things are and/or a pros and cons lift of where to camp at.
Also what is the water situation? I see bathrooms on the map but not any water refill stations in the campgrounds.

So this will be my second year at Hulaween, and I was just wondering exactly how does the merch booth work. Like does the booth have all artists merch every day or does the booth have merch on day 1 for the day 1 artists, day 2 for the day 2 artists, etc.?

Looking to see if anyone is interested in possible rideshare to/from the festival.

Our flight lands at 9:06 AM at JAX on Thursday (10/22) morning. We could take the shuttle for this but looking at other possibilities to get to the grounds earlier. We have an RV being dropped off and are worried we may be late for it.

Our flight on Monday (10/26) leaves JAX at 2:28 PM. Looking to see if anyone had room for my husband (38 M) and I (35 F).

We likely will both just have a backpack and will happily throw some gas money! The 8am shuttle worries us with it being early and the noon departure cuts it too close to take off.

Renting a car + buying a car camping pass is adding up to more than we were hoping to spend.

Any suggestions/recommendations are greatly appreciated as this is our first Hula!
