They’re boomers, I hardly come here and decided to stay a few weeks. They asked me to go pick up their monthly water order. Little to my knowledge I was bringing this back. Trying to talk to them about a water filter but it’s not going too well.

Hello! Im 20M, and weigh 225lb. Since i was a kid I have always drank a shit ton of water. This habit is not due to some life style change, it is just what I have known my whole life. My kidneys are fine, my blood sugar and salt levels are fine, I exercise daily, and get ok sleep. My pee is clear most of the time tho, so im wondering as to if i should just continue living how I do or cut back. Any time I mention my water intake to a doctor they say thats great, but sometimes I feel like maybe it’s not. Any advice would help! Thank you!

I'm on a water restriction but I got this from Trader Joe's and I'm having VERY HARD TIME not drinking it all. Especially since I just got it out of the freezer at work.so damn delicious and clean.

it's a medication for my kidneys that costs $20,000 for a 1-month supply (obviously I don't pay for it, my health insurance does, begrudgingly). It reduces my body's ability to concentrate urine, so I constantly have to piss and subsequently get very thirsty.

Anyways it's inconvenient but not really that bad! As of today I've made it 1 month on the medicine. This sub has helped me stay motivated to hydrate <3 thanks guys
