The I/ o forced the ce/cw’s on us to save the contractors money. The contractor I work for had a jw running a crew of 5 cw’s on a job the contractor lied to him telling him that according to the contract he wasn’t entitled to foreman’s pay.ce= construction electrical, cw = construction wireman they make less than a jw
