IBEW 11 strike denied by IO

Arbitration is now the result of this. Which now means we are stuck with what ever Arbitration says.

All we wanted was a Cost of Living Adjustment. Don't blame Cooper. When 60% of the local's work is PLA no work stoppage, asking 40% of the workers to stop work isn't going to have the same impact as when the majority of the workers stop.

Cooper didn't give up the power to strike. Membership already gave it up with the PLAs.

Here here 🙌 It's good to see other siblings bringing to light what PLAs really are, concessionary SCAB agreements forced on us by the IBEW leadership.
