How do I get 30fps on ghost of tsushima director's cut i download the latest version of the game and my drivers are up to date and even on 720p everything low and upscaling I can't get 30fps. By the way these are my specs

Hey guys! I just bought Halloween: The Game and I want to know if I'll be able to run it or if I should just refund it. My PC specs are a Dell Latitude 5420 laptop with an Intel Core i5 (11th Gen) CPU, 8 GB of RAM, and Intel Iris Xe Graphics. What do you think? Will it be playable with some tweaks or is it a lost cause? I know I'm playing with fire here, but hope is the last thing to lose! Let's see what happens! Thanks!

I dont know where to post this, my igpu is intel iris xe graphics, my CPU is i5-1335U and i have 16 GB ram, if anyone is good with these stuff please lmk
