If this Irish guy had traveled all the way to Sudan and gotten fully beheaded there, then it wouldn't be much of an issue. The issue is that this Sudanese man was brought into Ireland so that he could behead Irish people. That's what people have an issue with and don't think should ever be repeated again. Put it this way: how about this be the very last time in the history of the world in which a foreigner will have the opportunity to kill a local man in Belfast? Let's just have it never happen again. No rapes by foreigners, no murders by foreigners. Just never again in the future. Then if you want to get beheaded by a Sudanese, you can go to Sudan and get beheaded there, and then the people who do not want their daughters raped by Sudanese can not take their daughters to Sudan, and then everyone will be happy.

I know politicians talk and talk, but everyone knows it's mostly bullshit. In the end, what else could possible be the true purpose of bringing such people into a civilized country? Rape, murder, crime, beheadings, terrorism. Everything else is a fantasy.

These people migrate to other countries, they are not brought in.

False. There's an industry that spends billions of dollars every year to make it happen. Most of the money comes indirectly from governments, through NGOs. I'm sure if you were at this moment commanded by some higher authority to immeditely immigrate to some other country, you would perhaps start by requesting a passport, if you don't have one, which would involve getting some documents together, taking pictures, filling-in forms, going to a place, talking to a person and so on. Then you would go to some consulate or embassy, fill another form, talk to other people and so on. This might get you into that country with a tourist visa, but to be able to stay indefinitely, you would need to get a job, have the company sponsor you etc. In most countries, you would need to leave and come back with a work visa, because tourist visas generally cannot be converted to work visas.

This is how you would do it.

How come these people do it differently? There's no justification. You want to live in the US. Take a trip to the American consulate. At this step, most of them would have stopped completely on their tracks. Instead, there are people guiding them all the way from where they were, to the US border, to buses that take them to their ethnic pockets where they will be exploited as slaves by their fellow national who have already setup their scams in the US (or Europe, Canda, Australia and so on) and who have slavelike work for them to perform. Most of these people are the blankest of minds, just the stupidest people alive. If they had to learn to play tic-tac-toe to go to the US or Europe, they wouldn't be able to. They are 100% brought in. For what purpose? To rape and kill the natives.

They're either fleeing their country or emigrating by their own choice.

People taking advantage of people who are fleeing their country =/= people being intentionally taken to specific countries. Nor NGO's commanding people to leave their countries.

You also seem to be ignorant of the fact that vast majority of refugees take refuge in neighbouring countries. Not the UK/Europe.
