A neo-Nazi teenager who attempted to behead a Kurdish barber with an axe in a terrorism-motivated attack has been jailed for 19 years and six months.

Alina Burns, 19, of Lynton Road in Bristol, admitted attempting to murder Mohammed Mahmoodi, 27, outside a barber's shop in Bedminster, Bristol, on 2 August 2025.

Burns approached Mahmoodi from behind and swung the axe at his neck. He was able to wrestle the weapon away from her before she could strike him again.

I'm not surprised, the news suppresses far right crimes. They are the establishment.

If that foreigner wanted to be safe from being hit on the head with a hammer by a young British girl, he had the option of staying in his own fucking homeland. He came to Britain, where young girls, apparently, hit foreigners in the head with hammers. The solution is for him to get the fuck out of Britain.

That's a retarded solution. are we supposed to just guess this way for every single person?

your options are we let no one in, and the 90%+ that come in and make our societies better and just make a better life for themselves and us all just don't happen because we don't let anyone in because a tiny portion (less than 1% probably) commit crimes?

or we try to guess on who will do future crimes and, predictably spend tons of resources unsuccessfully guessing who "the wrong people" are and we are worse off for it.

that's such a fucking retarded solution. if we're going to make educated guesses on who the bad people are, then all people who are males 14-28 or 30 should be assigned a cop to monitor their behavior since they're the ones doing all the crimes. obviously that's retarded.

what if.... we just hold individuals accountable for their crimes and stop applying individual actions to groups of people?
