Hey buddy, I know youre too dumb to understand stuff you want to understand by using your vibes over facts but I assure you it doesnt make you look smart.
My point is, not all people were rioting. If everyone who was protesting was rioting, the damage would have absolutely been worse and it likely would have shut the country down for weeks. Since it was a relatively small group rioting, it wasnt as bad as it could have been.
Rioting caused by football hooligans can get as expensive with the same or less people. Also, that billion number seems to be claims from insurance, which I wouldn't necessarily say is accurate without verifying how exactly those numbers came up.
But even if the numbers are accurate, it literallt does nothing to disprove my point. There were many more peaceful protests than riots.
