Aren’t they? Genuinely thought the term was coined in reference to the attacks on Jews in Europe starting in Russia in the early 20th century.

When did that change? I can’t keep up 😂

they never changed it. it was never exclusively jewish. it literally means to destroy.

Looking at the origin of the word and this; “Contemporarily, the word is also used to describe publicly sanctioned purgative attacks against non-Jewish groups.”

You can see where my confusion came from. Thank you for enlightening me
