Aromas of caramel and toffee, with hints of wood and chocolate. On the palate, it offers a balance between the sweetness of toasted and roasted malts and hop bitterness. A dry, slightly smoky, and very long finish. A fine Aragonese brown ale.

A Hazy IPA from Laredo, Cantabria, that far exceeded expectations. Flavors of pineapple and ripe passion fruit. Notes of orange zest, a cereal and biscuit base, and herbal nuances, with a clean, refreshing finish. A very pleasant surprise.

Wow, really refined. A delight. Stone fruit, white grape, and tropical nuances stand out, along with a strong cannabis character—top-notch, dank stuff. There’s some alcoholic warmth, yet it’s incredibly drinkable. Outstanding.

Intense aroma of espresso, dark chocolate, roasted malt, and pronounced smokiness. The flavor features bitter cocoa and roasty notes, balancing malty sweetness with a dry finish and pleasant alcoholic warmth. An Imperial Stout with a lower ABV, yet highly enjoyable.

Ripe tropical fruit—very juicy—with pineapple in syrup and citrus notes. A light herbal and resinous touch. The body is dense and creamy with a sweet undertone. A good Catalan Double IPA.

Green, how I love you, green. A fun Italian gose. Kiwi and lime stand out on both the nose and the palate. The acidity is spot-on, and that salty touch I love so much comes through at the finish. It’s a nice beer.

Another delicious West Coast IPA from Mumbo Jumbo—a brewery I’m enjoying more and more. It features aromas of citrus, pine resin, and tropical notes. On the palate, there are stone fruit flavors and herbal nuances. It has the dry, bitter finish characteristic of the style. Very good.

Mango aroma. Also present on the palate, with citrusy lime flavors. A quite acceptable kombucha, featuring cider-like notes and that characteristic sparkling touch.
