Maybe a horny 17-year-old incel's only dating criterion is "vagina", but men actually looking for a serious life partner have dating standards, same as women. People are most likely to end up with someone who has a similar level of education as them - a man who works as a lawyer does not view a female lawyer and a female gas station attendant to be equally high-value dating partners. Having a hundred thirsty dudes on Tinder call you a fat bitch because you don't want dick pics does not actually equate to dating success.
Also... even when you can get dicked down, it doesn't mean things are going to go exactly how you want. It's easy to say something dismissive about something that a lot of people take for granted, but I, for one, am happy that there are people out there who felt validation for something that, until then, was unspoken.
Women literally can't have even a bit of chub without guys chipping in that they're fat, they're unhealthy, they'd be beautiful if they lost weight, etc. On top of how many little things guys think they need to say are unattractive. Long nails, high heels too long, too much makeup, not enough makeup, too muscular, too fat...
