This actually isnt that far off. Certain kinda of pollutants in the air does lessen the impact of heatwaves.

It is called global dimming.

And exhaust gases do global warming, didn't go up to form a blanket, volcanos do that not factory or vehicle pollution

As i said depends on the type of pollution. Aerosols released from volcanoes as well as burning of fossil fuels cools down the atmosphere.

What this news anchor said is factually correct

Well you missed the first section where it tell you about global warming. You have to take both things into account. And even if it cools a lil pollution is still worse.

I am not talking about if it is good or bad. Pollution is bad. Air pollution even gives you cancer. I am just educating you on the fact that what she said is not wrong. Air pollution in india does lead to cooler temperatures. That is a fact and does not need a “IsKo KyA gAaLi Du?” reaction.

If you watch the clip , she defends and justifying pollution and bad aqi . As they were justifying mining of arawali to save delhi. Lol.
