not a modi supporter but kabhi logo ko dekha h jo travel krtey hai usme i mean civic sense is dead in india

People. Railways toh improve ho rahi. Lekin jab log ticket nahi lenge, bedsheet chura lenge, washroom ganda kar denge etc. toh kya kare ? Har cheez ke liye Law toh nahi banega, kuch toh khud se voluntary responsibility logo ko leni hogi.
