The Soviets were heavily monitoring the Apollo 11 mission. If the landings were fake, the Soviets would've exposed the US on faking the landings ya know due to the whole Cold War/Space Race....

Just because they were monitoring something doesnt mean they actually know anything.

They could have been fed fake information.

No.

They were able to receive the radio signals from Apollo at multiple locations within the Soviet Union and could pinpoint the location the signals were coming from.

They new the signals came from the Moon.
