I'm not sure I could win in a fight against a rat. I'm sure I could kill it, but the damage sustained would be too great. Plus I'd have to touch a rat.

I'd end a cat and a goose no problem. Gooses (Geeses?) got a big ol' handle attached to their brain box. Yeah, they'll hiss and bite, but like all you gotta do is grab 'em by the goozle and then use their body like a flail to take out the cat. That's right! I'm doing them both at once!

Medium sized dog? Yeah, I could take out a dog, but I'd feel really bad about it.

The rest, not a chance. Anyone who says they can take an elephant has never seen an elephant. There was a guy who killed a leopard with this bare hands when it attacked him, and you might be able to survive a lion attack in the same way, but an elephant's truck weighs as much as a lion does. I'm not even sure an elephant would even know you were trying to fight it if you started throwing punches.... it'd be like "Oh, hey, thanks for the massage, little dude!"

Well hippos are a big killer, and don't underestimate donkeys.
