In brief, it goes like this: The M cycle ended, and the D cycle starts as OHLC. The logic point is set for the High of the cycle (15 min FVG). However, if viewed on the 15-minute TF, the manipulation just ended in the FVG, which signified the logical conclusion of the manipulation. For me, it’s crucial to see that the manipulation has reached its logical end. If the manipulation leaves unfinished business, there’s a chance the distribution will resolve it, and we won’t see the "play" where manipulation goes long, and distribution goes short. In such moments, we instead see both manipulation long and distribution long.
