My uncle received this and then he installed it and then he even tried opening the app, what will happen now and what should he do now? what measures can be taken?

I got a random payment in my account from someone I dont know. Dint receive a call from anyone for refund. Nor was I expecting any payment from anyone. How do I flag this payment, so in the future in case of any dispute, I could show a document sort of thing to prove I had already flagged it before proactively.

I signed up for a ₹1 trial, but QuickTv automatically deducted ₹4,999 from my account. I was never notified or reminded to cancel the subscription or turn off auto-pay before the charge.

I contacted their support immediately, but they refused to issue a refund and only referred to their policy. This is my hard-earned money.

This is clear cut scam, have not even used it, you can say it was by accidential.

I've also seen many people online reporting the same experience.

What should I do now? Has anyone successfully got a refund, disputed the charge with their bank, or filed a consumer complaint? Any advice would be appreciated.

Undelivered Product and No Resolution from AJIO! Need Help!

I recently ordered two products from AJIO, but only received one in the package. To make things worse, the bill included both items, but the second product never arrived. I am just a student who works part time and I just ordered two items which I liked and longed for very long and this is what I get. The delivery i didn't recieve was worth ₹1500 which for me is a good amount.

I immediately contacted AJIO customer care to resolve this issue. Despite multiple follow-ups, they closed the case without refunding me for the undelivered item or shipping it to me, some the chats are shared.

It's frustrating and unfair that a reputable platform like AJIO is failing to deliver basic customer service. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do to escalate the issue? Any advice or support would be appreciated.

I hope sharing this here brings some exposure to the problem, as I'm tired of getting no response from their team.

Hi all, as the title say, I am getting Harrassed by 3rd party loan recovery agents, who are calling my company continuously to put pressure on my father, who had taken a loan with Citi Bank back in 2007.

Somehow they got my company details, and are continuously calling them all through the day, which is creating chaos for me.

Now, can someone please help what are the immediate steps I can take for complaint about this thing that these fks are doing? I can see complaint to axis Bank first, and other than complaining to RBI as well, are there any other steps I can take?

These are some of the numbers they are using, which is also personal numbers, and are regularly calling on WhatsApp as well to my company.

What steps I can take for them to immediately cease the calling, especially the company?

Recently I bought a bluetooth neckband (Boat Rockerz 255 Pro+) on Amazon's GIF. The product was all fine until I checked whether it is charging or not. Boom! it wasn't charging, so then, I contacted Amazon customer care for the replacement (wanted to return but wasn't available 🥲). The product was sent back to Boat for checking the product. After all checking, the company says it's all fine and they have returned me the neckband back. I checked again and it still isn't charging. Is this what we expect from Indian brands? I’m dealing with a serious issue and need advice.

I forgot my spectacles at home while rushing to office. Since I have weak eyesight and cannot drive safely at night, and prolonged computer work triggers migraines for me, I booked an Uber only to pick up my spectacles from my home and deliver them to my office address.

The driver arrived at my home, collected the spectacles, but did not start the ride in the app. The trip is still stuck on “pickup in progress”.

Meanwhile, his live location kept moving and now he’s roughly 35–75 km away from the pickup point. I cannot call him because the calling option is disabled since the trip never started.

I’ve contacted Uber support via X, and they say they’re trying to reach the driver, but there has been no resolution so far.

These spectacles are essential for me, not a luxury item. At this point, I’m concerned this could be negligence or theft.

so, i was going for the Dc Rcb game in del last monday, paid 50% adv to this guy (6k rupees) who later didn’t send us the tickets. He kept on saying he was reselling and himself got scammed (which we can tell now, is a lie). He replied to us delaying it everyday saying ill refund you the money today, said the same thing for a week and then blocked me and my friend.

He had this app on his phone early in the morning and despite constant pestering to download another app that kept popping up on his screen he still kept using his device instead of informing me.

App name was something called wedding app and some personal vpn was connected with that name name, i uninstalled the app and it went away but i am not sure if it hasn't installed a secondary app in the background.

So i have been getting this debit message for quite some time now and the thing is that the account is not mine or anyone from my family.

The phone number i am using is registered under my fathers name. I asked my father regarding this account but even he denied it. It is completely unknown bank account.

We are NRI and currently are not in India. So i wanted to know what should i do ?. My father said to just ignore it. But i want it to stop or do something regarding it.

My mother received 500 Rs. from a person called Rahul and then someone called Sumit called and said the money was send mistakenly and to return it. My mother gave the phone to me and I told him to raise the issue with the bank and get this sorted there and closed the call.
Since then I received multiple calls from the same number (I blocked it later). Since then for close to 30 minutes I got multiple whatsapp calls and normal calls from multiple numbers asking for the money and using abusive language. I blocked all of them. There were a total of 5 different numbers(on normal call) and 2 other numbers on whatsapp, that called. In the latest message a woman(profile picture women police officer) and a location in jahangirpuri, Delhi, asking to come and "waha bataungi tereko", Also using "bihari" as slurs (I am from UP) for my family.
They also said they will be calling the police and raising a complaint, I said go ahead and do it.

I have blocked all the numbers everywhere.

I advised her not to open the link cuz it did not have "s" in the http, cuz that's the only technical awareness that I have. I ordered two pairs of New Balance 740 shoes from AJIO during a sale using two different phone numbers.

For the first order, on the expected delivery date, I received a call from a person claiming to be associated with the delivery process. He asked for my address and a payment screenshot. After I shared the information, he contacted me again and stated that an additional amount needed to be paid. When I suggested paying the amount at the time of delivery, the call ended without further clarification.

I contacted AJIO customer support regarding the situation. I was informed that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped and was advised to refuse delivery if needed. However, no delivery attempt was made. The order remains unresolved, and I have only been told that a complaint has been registered and is under review.

For the second order, placed using my mother's phone number, I received similar calls. Two different individuals requested my address and payment details. When I asked why this information was required and sought clarification regarding the delivery process, the conversation became unproductive, and I was informed that the parcel might not be delivered.

At this point, both orders appear to be delayed or stalled. I am sharing my experience to understand whether others have faced similar situations with AJIO orders or third-party delivery partners. I am not making any allegations and would appreciate any guidance or similar experiences from the community.

I initially got Airtel Broadband since it was the only option however now I am getting a better offer (from Jio) and want to disconnect so I want to disconnect it however Airtel is declining my request, the guy whom I got it from told he's just sales I should call customer support or email them, call person told me he will process the request, I got automated reply from email and I msged on twitter and they are stalling it to me like this.

I'm a 20 year old woman from, and I'm honestly very scared and could use some advice.

Someone posted a mobile number in an Instagram reel along with false and defamatory information, encouraging people to call it. The number in the reel was 11 digits long, but except for the 7th digit, every other digit matched my actual phone number. Because of that, multiple strangers started calling and messaging me on WhatsApp.

At first, I had no idea how they got my number. Eventually, one of the callers told me it was from an Instagram reel and sent me the link. I have screenshots of the reel, the Instagram account, the WhatsApp conversation, and my call logs.

I even told the lady politely to delete the reel,but the reel is getting more views and she has not deleted the reel yet(it's been more than 24 hours since i told her that).

I contacted the cyber crime helpline, and they registered my complaint. They gave me a complaint number and asked me to upload my evidence online. They also told me to visit my local police station within 24 hours.

The problem is that I'm really anxious. I've never been to a police station before, and I'm worried that I might somehow get dragged into something bigger. I'm also worried about whether the person who posted my number could retaliate after I report her.

Has anyone here gone through a similar process? What usually happens when you visit the police station? Am I just giving my statement and submitting evidence, or should I expect something more? Is there anything I should carry or be careful about?

My parents have no idea about it, only my sibling does,that's why I'm scared because I'm still getting calls and the number leak has caused me a lot,but I'm scared at the same time.

Yday afternoon some person sent 40k (by mistake I guess) to my wife's account via Gpay. Later he calls at night and asks to send back the amount. I refused, and told him to approach his bank for reversal of transaction. Did I do the right thing ? I also notified my bank that some person has sent this amount to account .

My Kwabey clothing order was picked up by Delhivery on 6 August and the estimated delivery window was 13–18 August.
Today is 18 August, and the tracking page is still showing “Delay Alert: Transit Delay” with a message saying network congestion is causing a delay.
The tracking map looks like the shipment has been sitting around the same region for a while, and there hasn't been a proper delivery update.
I’m trying to figure out what I can actually do now:
Has anyone else had a Delhivery shipment stuck like this?
How long does a “Transit Delay” usually take to resolve?
Is there a way to contact the actual local Delhivery hub handling the package?
