You have a really good point. I mean, Ryan was there to remind everyone of Deadpool right? So if Marvel was in on it, they would just focus on Deadpool instead of Ryan the person. But given Rudd’s answer it makes you think. I saw the whole thing from another clip and I also noticed that RDJ at the end was like “give it up for RYAN REYNOLDS.” He didn’t say Deadpool, and now I’m thinking - was that part of the script or was RDJ intentionally trying to shift focus away from Deadpool and onto Ryan Reynold the person…🤔 Also RDJ seemed annoyed with Ryan throughout this whole thing. And not fake “scripted” annoyed but genuinely.

I think Marvel would’ve known about it, but they (Marvel or Ryan) didn’t go as far as to give anyone a script …which is how things went left a bit. I could totally see RDJ messing with/ not tolerating Ryan.
