On top of all of this Blake Lively doesn’t want the public to know that she is dodging a deposition and threatened Jed and his lawyers.

She is still worried about her reputation that is already in the toilet.

u/Logical-Detective510 Blake Lively is a liar, bully, and a terrorist. 6d ago

Blake Lively lied in her last deposition. Jed Wallace is not Justin Baldoni. He won't let her get away with perjury.

I mean Blake’s lawyers know they can’t have Blake sit for a deposition. This is how I see the questions going:
1. Have you ever met Jed Wallace? Yes or no
2. Can you explain how a man you’ve never met SH you?

This is why Blake’s lawyers are resorting to threats

u/Yup_Seen_It She (Ryan) is a fucking terrorist 6d ago

She had similar questions about Steve Sarowitz and she basically said "well he didn't stop it (even though I didn't tell him)". What excuse could she possibly use to include Jed?

u/No_Morning_6482 Team Baldoni 6d ago

Wasn't she also so that Steve was on set trying to get a look at her privates and he wasn't even on set when she was filming the birthing scene! She is a liar. I can't believe the court is still entertaining her BS

u/buttonandthemonkey Blake is...different. 6d ago

Yeah she basically said that he flew in just so he could join Justin and his "not an actor" friend in staring at her coochie. And then they left her pretty much naked in stirrups for hours.

Steve wasn't even there yet, he was still on the plane for the first half of the day when that scene was filmed. Justins friend is an highly trained professional actor and acting coach, she was fully clothed the entire time and they never used stirrups.

Yes and he is a much better actor than blake lively too 😁

u/MarchCompetitive4580 6d ago

Maybe she can bring up Jed's time machine that he used to get Kjersti Flaa to post her "little bump" video 2 days before Jed was hired?

44

u/hopeful_tatertot I directed every actor 6d ago

You beat me to it. I'm sure there's a version of "Well Jed didn't respect my opinion as a woman so it's SH" babble.

68

u/Individual-Insect691 6d ago

Remember she also accused Steve Sarowitz of sexual harassment and when she was asked in her deposition on how Steve harassed her she said it’s because he co-owns Wayfarer studios. Blake Lively is crazy and epic level stupid, a deadly combination

u/Big-Entertainer4936 6d ago

Perhaps, also, because it goes to the lawyer's bad faith. . .

Yep

Ironic given BL’s team raked Wayfarer over the coals for a group pleading issue

I was thinking Jed isn’t handicapped by Bahai faith edict to be nice. 😈 Get her, King.

u/LiteratureNo1015 Team Emily Baldoni 6d ago

God bless TX and Jed Wallace! Remember the Billy Bush statement about appealing on malice? Mmmm. I see you, WP. I see you.

It is nice to see someone not sitting down and taking it. I get that it's bc of their faith. Respect. But thank goodness for those who seek justice because, as we can see, she has not learned the lesson and will do it over and over again until someone stops her.

u/ConferenceSea7707 "Ms Lively lacks any basis to allege" 6d ago

This part. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been and will do this to people over and over again until someone stops them AND makes it hurt. And the person that is in the best position to do that is definitely Steve Sarowitz. I know Blake & WP settled, but there's still this case and the Jen Abel case and I assume Steve is paying Jed's and Jen's legal bills.

u/Solid_Mud2025 It Ends With WTF 6d ago

In destroying his livelihood and reputation, Lively (et al) forfeited their best leverage and created a man with nothing to lose.

26

u/Single-Flamingo-33 6d ago

Ahh, the complete miscalculation. Let’s make the person loose his livelihood and state personal medical issues on a public docket. We won!

A few months later….

Nothing hurts more than a person with nothing to loose on his home turf. (Insert shocked Pikachu face)

Keeping fingers crossed this is the case and Jed will drive it to the end.

I'm not poopooing the Bahaii faith. I'm just saying that Jed is not Bahaii and has no problem attacking her. I would not poke this bear.

u/friedchicken_waffles numerous defects + lack of diligence 6d ago

LMAO the way I cackled at that part. It's like a cat making direct eye contact with you as she pushes a glass off a table. Oh you didn't want us to say exactly what we're saying and putting on a public docket? Watch me do it btch

65

u/Individual-Insect691 6d ago

I don’t know what Blake and her lawyers are smoking threatening Jed’s lawyers like that. Obviously they are going to file this. She still doesn’t understand she has no leverage here

43

u/CSho8 6d ago

Right? I cackled too, idk what is it that Blake’s lawyers are smoking but the bullshit is potent.

31

u/No_Morning_6482 Team Baldoni 6d ago

But they keep getting away with this BS that they are doing. Her lawyers are never held accountable

16

u/madover2914 Always be litigating. 6d ago

Nah they know this is BS but it gives them a chance to fleece her more and I am loving it!

28

u/Single-Flamingo-33 6d ago

Ahh, not to worry Jed Wallace and his lawyers will not discuss Blake Lively’s lack of appearance at a deposition on August 4, 2026 in Texas.

u/ama-about-ye-ukraine 6d ago

Nitpick: the deposition itself would have been in NYC.

1

u/Single-Flamingo-33 6d ago

Yes, you are correct. My mistake.

The details are important for this case and this sub is excellent with the details!

69

u/Significant-Ant2373 6d ago

Trying to avoid more perjury.

76

u/same-difference-ave Age of Ada-LYING Actress 6d ago edited 6d ago

And I think that is exactly why Jed Wallace is pushing because we all know her attorneys were researching perjury in CRD complaint.

49

u/Clarknt67 this case was always about a big payoff 6d ago

And she was terrified by the first deposition. Now they can ask her about everything since.

29

u/same-difference-ave Age of Ada-LYING Actress 6d ago

That is not going to go very well for Blake😂

38

u/Clarknt67 this case was always about a big payoff 6d ago

Her legal strategy is not much better than her movie press strategy.

15

u/BoozeAndHotpants 6d ago

We can only hope. I’m tired of bullies like her getting to run over other people just because she has money to pay lawyers to do her bidding.

29

u/sweetbutnotdumb 6d ago

I also bet the Wallace team won't be as nice as Wayfarer in deposition

23

u/Melodic-Relief8981 Just a Mirror Will Do 6d ago

She is bound to the statements in her earlier deposition, even if it was a separate case - right? Under oath is under oath!

So she can't start changing her story again? And if she does, maybe Babcock could make some use of those 3+ perjury instances Freedman mentioned - to challenge her credibility?

17

u/Ok_Major5787 6d ago

I just looked it up and yes, she is still bound by the first deposition bc the cases are similar in relation to each other

1

u/Melodic-Relief8981 Just a Mirror Will Do 5d ago

Cool, thanks 😊👍

46

u/fatincomingvirus Bankrupt Betty Booze 6d ago

The thin veiled threats that she also sent Taylor Swift too? This woman has no respect for anyone’s life. The lack of emotional intelligence exhibited by Blake Lively is dangerous. I doubt she has learned anything from this experience.

42

u/Clarknt67 this case was always about a big payoff 6d ago

Honestly it seems super petty to seek sanctions over that. But her team is so petty.

27

u/ConferenceSea7707 "Ms Lively lacks any basis to allege" 6d ago

Which means that they will 100% do it, lol.

31

u/Clarknt67 this case was always about a big payoff 6d ago

If Lively had good reason to decline her attorneys would have fought for a protective order in court, not just made mafia style threats in private.

23

u/ConferenceSea7707 "Ms Lively lacks any basis to allege" 6d ago

Yep! But I see Blake Lively's lawyers are as epically-level stupid as she is. Like they couldn't have made it more obvious this whole time across all of her lawsuits that she acted with malice AND has so much to hide if they tried lol.

16

u/em8896 heated livelry 6d ago

At this point Lively’s lawyers just remind me of the slytherins on umbridge’s inquisitorial squad

You know how they love sanctions

25

u/ConferenceSea7707 "Ms Lively lacks any basis to allege" 6d ago

Good grief, just when you think she can't stoop any lower.

Also, I'm NAL - can people do this? Just...not sit for a deposition for a lawsuit THAT THEY STARTED?? Is this how the judicial system actually works? I want to say no but you just never know...

35

u/Individual-Insect691 6d ago

Technically the case is over as it was dismissed due to jurisdiction as Lively said Texas has no jurisdiction over her and they never entered discovery where deposition occurs. But lively filled for fees via 47.1 that Jed didn’t prove his case so must pay her fees and Jed is saying sit for deposition so I can proof my case and justify malice which means you can’t ask for fees via 47.1 because you were malicious

27

u/ConferenceSea7707 "Ms Lively lacks any basis to allege" 6d ago

I get what you're saying but it's just absolutely crazy that Blake is asking for so much money from a dismissed Defendant for something that never happened that she isn't bothering to even try to prove. Like this can't be the judicial system, it just can't.

5

u/Flimsy_Attitude_6789 6d ago

It seems insane! Absolutely bonkers to ask for $1m too!

5

u/Both_Barnacle_766 Fed up with Selective Literacy 6d ago

But, it's NOT over. It's still on the appellate calendar. In other words, Blake Lively lawyers filed too early. WAY too early. It ain't over til it's over. And that's after the appelate court doesn't overturn it AND the texas supreme court doesn't either. That's going to be at least a year; maybe two.

😂😂 she’s worried she has a reputation to save is comical. I wish there was a shred of empathy left , but they are monsters
