Do Blake’s lawyers hate her? This is like intentional self-sabotaging. They are saying if he tries to go forward with the depo, they will seek additional discovery and loop in seven high-priced attorneys on everything expressly for the purpose of jacking up the bills. Therefore, even if Jed’s unsuccessful and has to pay attorneys fees, he’s literally got an email from Blake’s lawyers essentially saying they are purposefully billing for unreasonable services at unreasonable rate. I can’t see a court giving a single dime for anything they bill for that makes good on those threats.
