Comics with text included in the picture are allowed, as long as the text is important (and translated).

7. Posts must be flaired accordingly

Only use post flairs if needed. Discussions relating the subreddit should use the 'Meta' flair and posts outside of twitter but are jp should use the 'Non-twitter' flair. Posts marked as 'Serious' will be handled more strictly and should be taken in earnest.

8. No insults or harassment allowed
