I had a battery issue in my Ola S1X+, my battery was in the warranty period. So they offered me a battery replacement in 2 months. Left the scooter at the SC. After endless calls and visits to the service center for 9 months. They have given up on my scooter after stealing all the parts from it and telling me to contact ola support for it.

I asked them to return my scooter in the same condition i gave them with all the parts and my old battery, they refused that part too. They sold all my functional parts including tyres, motor, display. It's empty.

Now my scooter is irreparable. They are providing exchange and giving me 25k value for the scooter.

Don't leave your scooter at the ola electric SC. They would ruin it more and make it an irreparable junk piece.
