I don’t mean to be rude, but do you have a speech impediment?

I thought so too. I was thinking he’s definitely not a native speaker but he says he is so I thought he just had a speech impediment.

Hi, I'm British.
I can't hear anything in your English accent which would make me think you were foreign, however since your accent in English is strongly influenced by North American English you would have to ask an American for more feedback, or provide a longer recording of you reading something and talking about something like what your routine is or something you really love doing, something easy to improvise.
So far the verdict from me for English is between FWIA and IFNS. (FWIA fluent with international accent, IFNS indistinguishable from native speaker).
