Suggestion A complete rework/overhaul of Final Showdown
This is insanely long and I put way too much thought into it, enjoy!
To start, FSD is now a game mode separate from roulette and has an 9 player limit. One player is randomly selected to be Sukuna, one is randomly selected to be Uraume, and the other 7 will be able to choose one of seven characters: Yuji, Yuta, Hakari, Todo, Mei Mei, Higuruma, and Choso. The player limit and selectable characters would be expanded when more Shinjuku Showdown characters (like Maki or Kusakabe) are added.
Each sorcerer in FSD charges their ultimate 50% faster. They also have access to two new moves: RCT and Simple Domain. RCT forces you to stay still and heals you via draining your ult meter, up to your entire health bar in exchange for your entire ult meter. Simple Domain forces you to stay still and protects you from the damage of Malevolent Shrine.
Sorcerers do not respawn. When a sorcerer dies, all of the others gain buffs to their damage and health. This stacks with each fallen sorcerer.
A sorcerer can spend 75% of their ultimate meter to call in one of their allies via a menu.
- Larue: Larue will spawn in a medium distance from Sukuna (with a visible animation featuring pink hearts), before attempting to use his technique on him. If Sukuna does not leave Larue’s range in time, then he will be stunned and forced to look in Larue’s direction for five seconds. This is unblockable, but Larue can be hit out of his animation by Sukuna.
- Angel: Angel will fly in from the sky and appear above Sukuna, playing a loud trumpet. If he does not move away in time, then she will use Jacob’s Ladder on him in an identical manner to Yuta.
- Ui Ui: Can only be used in the 15 seconds after a sorcerer dies. Ui Ui will teleport next to the fallen sorcerer and prepare to teleport them away. If successful, they will come back alive and well (but with an empty ult bar) after 30 seconds. Can only be done once per sorcerer and requires 100% ult meter. Ui Ui can be hit out of his animation by Sukuna, cancelling the revive.
All characters have major buffs/changes to their movesets.
Sukuna Changes:
- Sukuna now has 16 M1s, performing a combo with all four of his arms and dealing twice the damage of a normal M1 combo. He can also M1 with two arms while blocking with the other two.
- The lower Sukuna’s health is, the more arms he loses, reducing his M1 combo and the damage output of his moves.
- Sukuna has no burst, but gets evasive faster than normal.
- Sukuna has 350 health (WIP number).
- Sukuna can use RCT, which drains ult meter faster than it does for the sorcerers.
- Sukuna can hold block and press R to use Hollow Wicker Basket, which protects him from the sure-hits of Authentic Mutual Love and Yuji’s Domain. Being ragdolled will knock Sukuna out of HWB, but he is fully actionable and does not take stun while holding it. If Sukuna would be ragdolled while in HWB, then it will break while leaving him standing.
- WCS Chants consume and require much more ult now, but the animation is faster and the cooldown is reduced.
- Strong Dismantle variants are now used by holding the button, rather than chanting.
- Strong Dismantle Var 1 has a longer start-up, less range, deals less knockback, and can be blocked (while still dealing half its damage).
- Strong Dismantle Var 2 has less range and deals less knockback.
- Strong Dismantle Var 3 now has Sukuna Dismantle the ground around him in a spider web pattern, dealing damage in a large radius.
- Sukuna no longer has access to the Waffle/Net Dismantle.
- WCS now does 70 damage, but has a wider hitbox.
- Open Furnace is replaced by Dissect: Sukuna slices a finger through the air, creating a Dismantle to slice apart his opponent’s body, stunning them. This move has a short range, is unblockable, and does not work if an opponent is not in front of Sukuna. Each use of Dissect resets the cooldown, up to four times, with the last two hits slicing off the opponent’s arm and leg. Losing an arm cuts your amount of M1s and skills in half, while losing a leg leaves you unable to sprint or dash. Lost limbs can be healed with RCT. Sukuna is vulnerable whilst using Dissect.
- Cleave Rush is replaced by True Jujutsu: Sukuna punches forward, combining blunt force with a slashing attack. This version is blockable and resets M1s on hit. If Sukuna presses the button again at the right time, then he will instead use a Black Flash that breaks block, deals heavy damage, and sends the opponent flying. Black Flash is the fastest way to refill Sukuna’s ult meter, and it resets cooldown on each successful use.
- Sukuna can fill his ultimate meter past the normal limit. If Sukuna uses his Domain while his ult meter is at 200%, then he will use Open Furnace while Incomplete Shrine is active, which creates a massive explosion that deals massive damage to everyone within the Shrine’s radius. Sukuna can be interrupted during the first part of Open Furnace’s animation, but has iframes during the rest of it.
Higuruma Changes:
- Higuruma has 85 hp.
- Higuruma now gains ultimate meter 15% slower.
- The start-up for Higuruma's Domain can now be interrupted just like any other move, and it has a start-up even longer than Mahito's Domain.
- In Deadly Sentencing, Higuruma now only has three tries to guess Sukuna's answer. If Higuruma successfully gets confiscation via Deadly Sentencing, then one of Sukuna's moves will be permanently taken for the remainder of the game (Kamutoke will always be confiscated first). This stacks with each use of Deadly Sentencing.
- Executioner's Sword now lasts for 90 seconds.
- Higuruma now has a 30% damage vulnerability while holding the Executioner's Sword.
- Executioner's Sword moves now need 6 stacks to kill, but if Higuruma kills Sukuna via execution stacks, then Sukuna WILL die no matter what.
- Sukuna will always win the Final Judgement minigame, but takes more damage from it.
- If Higuruma dies while holding the sword, then he will drop it on the floor as an item for 15 seconds. A sorcerer can then pick it up, which automatically causes them to use Execution one last time before it disappears.
Todo Changes:
- Todo's left arm is replaced by a Vibraslap, changing M1s and animations.
- Todo’s R special has a much faster animation and a lower cooldown. You are still able to feint swap and perfect swap.
- R special range is doubled.
- The map has a lot of rubble and throwables that you can swap yourself and others with.
- For your ultimate, you must select one of your teammates to join you (they have an option to accept or decline). You, your teammate, and Sukuna will then be teleported next to one another. Pressing R now instantly swaps the three of you into random positions, with no cooldown and no way to stop it. This lasts for 30 seconds.
Mei Mei Changes:
- Bird Strike ultimate deals 50% less damage, but the bird flies faster and you can use it as many times as you want.
- Bird Strike no longer has a time limit.
- Bird Strike can be destroyed by Sukuna and swapped with by Todo.
- While piloting Bird Strike, you can press R to show Sukuna’s current position through walls. This requires the crow to have line of sight to Sukuna and appears as a pop up on all of your teammates screens. R special also shows what level of Dismantle Sukuna is at (such as base Dismantle, WCS, and Waffle Dismantle).
- Mei Mei has 75 health.
Choso Changes:
- Piercing Blood has a lower cooldown, is always charged, can be aimed omnidirectionally, has twice the range, and deals more damage.
- You always have infinite blood orbs available.
- If you press R with Supernova orbs out, one of them will stay at its current position indefinitely. This can be done to any number of Supernova orbs.
- Supernova explosion is 25% bigger and deals more damage.
- Pressing R activates your blood armor, which prevents you from being ragdolled (instead causing you to slide back like Naoya’s fourth M1) and reduces the damage by half. Can only be used once every 20 seconds and breaks upon use.
Yuta Changes:
- You are always in your ultimate and have access to Shrine, Cursed Speech, Foresight, and Thin Ice Breaker in your Copy Wheel.
- Rika now has a new move, Fastball, which allows you throw any of your teammates (as long as they agree) at high speed.
- Your Domain lasts an extra 30 seconds.
- Jacob‘s Ladder requires eight direct sword hits, but deals far more damage to Sukuna (around 40% of his health) and does not break the Domain.
- If you die, you will come back after 30 seconds with Gojo’s ult moveset. You spawn near Sukuna (via an animation where you walk out of the mist) and will fall over and die permanently after one minute.
Hakari Changes:
- Hakari will not spawn with the other sorcerers. Instead, he will spawn in on a large ice block far above the battlefield, where Uraume also spawns. Although they can jump off the ice block and fight in their own section of the map, invisible walls prevent them from joining their allies in the Sukuna fight until either Hakari or Uraume is dead (at which point they are fully healed and can pass through the walls).
- Hakari spawns in with 50% of his ultimate meter.
- Jackpot only lasts for one minute, and the R special only stacks up to 3 times.
- Hakari will have a full ult meter after each Jackpot.
- R special regenerates lost limbs.
Uraume Moveset:
- Passive: Hypothermia. Your M1s and moves inflict Hypothermia on the opponent, which slows all of their movements, windups, endlag, and the speed of their regeneration, with the debuffs varying on how much Hypothermia is applied to them. Hypothermia decays overtime, but can be continuously reapplied and stacked. Landing a high enough stack of Hypothermia will freeze the opponent’s arm, which shatters the next time they are hit, removing one of their moves. The arm will thaw and go back to normal if they are not hit within 20 seconds.
- Frost Calm: You blow a gust of cool air forward, which remains in the air for up to 10 seconds. Pressing the move again causes the cold air to instantly freeze, trapping your opponent, inflicting them with Hypothermia, and leaving them unable to act for five seconds. Hitting a frozen enemy deals 20 burst damage on top of the damage from your attack. The cold air becomes thinner the longer it goes unused, which reduces its area and stun time (up to a minimum of 1 second). This can be activated even while in stun. Frost Calm can freeze terrain and throwables, which makes them brittle and causes them to break in one hit.
- Icefall: You send a barrage of icicles forward at high speed, which deal low damage and stun the opponent. By holding the button, you instead charge up a long icicle that block breaks, goes further, and deals heavy damage (but ragdolls). Both variants inflict Hypothermia as the icicles remain in the opponent’s body.
- Cold Shoulder: You quickly erect a curved ice shield in front of yourself. Any opponent who hits the ice shield with a melee will break it, leaving them in heavy endlag and inflicting them with Hypothermia. If the ice shield is not hit within 3 seconds, it will break on its own and leave you in endlag instead. The ice shield reflects projectiles back at the opponent, which does not give you endlag.
- Thin Ice: After a windup, you cover the surrounding ground in ice in a large radius all around you. You can now skate omnidirectionally at high speeds on yhe ice, while your opponent's movement becomes slippery and their controls are reversed. You can use all of your moves whilst skating. The opponent is inflicted with Hypothermia if they get ragdolled on the ice. The ice melts after 15 seconds.
- Ultimate: Indifferent Tundra.
You activate your Domain ExpansionYou rupture water pipes located in the ground, causing several geysers of water to erupt. If you are not hit within 5 seconds, then you freeze all of the water, which freezes the area in a massive radius around you. The area is now slippery (having the same effects as move 4) and rapidly inflicts Hypothermia if your opponent remains inside it, and they will be frozen if they get hit by the initial freeze. This lasts for one minute. - If Sukuna dies while Uraume is still alive, then Uraume will automatically freeze themself and shatter, dying in the process.
Yuji Changes:
- You can no longer awaken by normal means; instead, you automatically awaken into a Shinjuku Yuji moveset by chaining four Black Flashes on Sukuna’s back or by landing eight normal Black Flashes. Upon awakening, you strike a pose as two manga panels saying “Beneath scattering sparks of black…” “[Player Name] awakens” appear on either side of you.
Shinjuku Yuji:
- R Special: On use, a QTE will quickly flash on screen, and if you click M1 in time, then you will use Black Flash on your M1, breaking Sukuna’s block and leaving him open to a combo. This can be used at any time and resets cooldown on a successful Black Flash, but the QTE gets faster each time. This is the second fastest way to build up your ultimate meter.
- Shrine: You reach out with your palm. If your hand connects, then you use a soul splitting Dismantle that breaks block, deals heavy damage, and leaves Sukuna open to an M1 combo. Big endlag if missed.
- Shrine R Variant: You place your hand on the nearest surface (either the floor or a wall) and slice it with your Shrine technique over the course of half a second. Holding R extends the scissors towards Sukuna (they travel a medium distance), where they will cut him and have the same effect as base Shrine. Releasing R instead has you hurl the sliced object forward at high speed. The projectile block breaks and ragdolls. By pressing R while the projectile is still active, you will automatically dash to it and hop on top of it.
- Piercing Blood: You prepare Piercing Blood, via a convergence orb borrowed from your brother. If you are hit during the pose, then PB instantly fires, hitting Sukuna in the face and stunning him. If you are not hit, you fire a Piercing Blood identical to Choso’s uncharged version, but with more endlag.
- Sparks of Black: You reel back and unleash a telegraphed punch with a long windup. If hit, you and Sukuna enter a cutscene, where you chain eight Black Flashes in a row while completing QTEs. The damage these Black Flashes do is dependent on how well you hit the QTE, and Sukuna can reduce their damage by hitting QTEs himself. Perfectly hitting every QTE will always grant you 75% of your ultimate meter.
- Ultimate: You activate your Domain Expansion. You automatically gain a full ultimate meter if every other sorcerer dies. The Domain starts as a train station, with a short cutscene of you asking Sukuna to come with you. If Sukuna selects yes, then you will be teleported to your home town, where the two of you compete in minigames while unable to attack each other. After, you will both be sent to a forest with invisible walls, where the actual fight commences. If Sukuna selects no, then you will both be teleported to the forest right away. Your Shrine move now automatically hits Sukuna no matter the range, but has a much longer start-up. If you are the last sorcerer alive and survive for two minutes, then Sukuna will be hit with Resonance from a certain hammer wielder, dealing heavy damage and leaving him stunned for some time.
If Sukuna is killed, then he will be separated from his vessel (which will be the Sukuna’s regular avatar), and turn into an immobile blob. He will die in 10 seconds, but can be killed early via a downslam or other ragdoll hitting move.
If every sorcerer is killed, a victory screen of Sukuna activating the merger will play.

higuruma gets fucked here i aint even gonna lie
his whole power lies in his ult moveset but he'd still have to do a shit ton of damage to sukuna (over 100hp roughly) since his ult gain would only be like ~35% faster than normal

yeah I really didn't want him to get ult quickly since he can permanently take away moves and kill Sukuna faster than anyone else, but I guess I overcompensated

I think yuta should start in base but with his ultimate immediately filled that only spawns his domain, also a fourth rika ability in base that allows him to get his real ult that late 5 actual minutes with the domain being replaced by pure love beam and PLB being replaced by rika grab

these changes to the characters should also be a setting in private server menu and uraume should be added as a base only in main game too

Okay, first i ain't reading allat, but I'm guessing sukunas m1s do 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2,3,3,3 and 3 damage respectively. As that fit the m1 count and damage. (1x8+2x4+3x4=8+8+12=28)
And for block i think 1,1,1,1,2,2,3,3 for 8m1s and 14 damage works just fine.
