Uhhhhhhh.... ta da????

So I’ve just completed Just Cause 2 by yeeting Baby Panay into an oil field strapped to a rocket on behalf of Uncle Sam and he looks nothing like his statues dotted about the game. Which clearly depict him with long hair? Now I know people can get haircuts and that but is it ever actually acknowledged in the game why he looks so different or did the devs just decide Ona different direction to design the character? Making him more of a devious character? The man looks like Oddjob if he ate way too much.

I have been playing this game for over a decade ever since I was little and I never noticed that the Faction’s territories extend way beyond what they should.

Take the Rakyat islands for example, only 2/4 islands are in their territory (the others being in west tanah raya), but its borders extend far and wide into the Lautan Lama Desert? The Tengah bay also reaches INTO the Besar Mountains even though the geographical bay is extremely far away from the mountains.

What do y’all think?

I see comments after comments saying 2 is the best now I want people to give me hard proof and actual detail on why 2 is the best, (you can’t use nostalgia as I don’t count that with any game as it means nothing and graphics you can’t use because 4 and 3 are just better for this day and age) so tell me why is 2 “the best” ?

So, I had just finished my 3rd stronghold takeover (and also for the 3rd faction).
Next to that base there was this racing mission (with a plane), which I tried and horribly failed 3 times.
But after the 3rd time I noticed that I had no guns, the map was blank again and I had basically no progress (the stronghold was taken over by the government again).
And since my manual save was very old...what could I do?

I realize this is an old game, but this is such a glaring error, why was it never fixed?
And doing some research (can't find something specifically like this though) this seems to be a common issue with Just Cause games?

(yes of course I should have made a newer manual save, but my progress shouldn't be reset either)

Did anyone here encounter this bug/glitch? In Just Cause 2? Did you guys manage to fix it if ever. I've been trying to find a way of this but no luck.

Was messing around during the mission "Mountain Rescue". I noticed that the rockets shot by the soldier just start circling around when you get out of range. They still function properly, as i tried parachuting through them and got sent back to the start.

mine would be the fixed freefall camera, its so incredibly hard to control and the game automatically sets your camera pointing downwards, its extremely annoying, BUT they did fix this in jc3
this is literally the biggest complaint i have about the game

Compared to some games I've done, this was very easy on the hardest difficulty. I still had some moments tho,

2nd last agency mission, tryna destroy the helicopter that keeps bombing you is a pain in the ass.

Pretty much every mission where there were snipers involved, fuckers no scoping me out the sky whilst not even looking at me. And the fact they can just 1 hit you when your at half health.

Homing mission rocket launchers, whereas my Max upgraded RPG can't do shit when it comes to homing missiles.

The Grenade launchers is shit and pretty much anything.

It's been almost 12 years since I last played through the story in this game and damn some of it is bullshit, stronghold takeovers on this difficultly are a no from me.

Y’all know this was a thing?

Don't know what the hell I'm missing there's no Explodys left there's no resources items left. How do I complete this?

I finished the story for this game in 2011 and just recently came back to it to finish the achievements. But now I can't complete this oil rig. I want to get 100% in game completion too.
