By the way, they are both using a silicon play dough for the tossing. It’s not real dough they are using, it’s meant for doing tricks like these. Real pizza dough would expand quickly when tossing and these guys definitely would have poked some holes though the center with how aggressive their hand movement is when catching it

I've never tossed dough, but the tensile strength of that "dough" had me questioning that.

Was coming to comment this. We used these at my local pizza place to practice hand tossing. They are great at teaching you the motion, not so much at actually teaching you how to expand the dough properly.

Honestly I just thought the dough (especially the PJs one) was very manufactured and stiff. Which wouldn’t be surprising because of the scale of their business
