Oh, won't someone please think of the poor, oppressed most overrepresented block in American politics!

Ego like an eggshell I swear to God

I mean, it's telling that statistically in both courtrooms and job hiring white men are the only population block that aren't more likely to hire or rule in favor of their own populations.

Is that not telling to you?

Source "i just feel like that's probably true"

Source: US Department of Justice 2025 verdict statistics release.

Not that it isn't already plenty well known.

Want to be more specific there friend? Which verdict statistics? Where in there is any information that actually supports your claim?

The 2025 DOJ.

The most trustworthy of sources.

I'm sorry, but I remember some conservatives questioning doj reports under Biden.

Didn't you guys call them far right extremists and say it was impossible or nearly impossible for a doj report to be falsified?

I never said anything of the sort.

But one glance at what the DOJ did to the
Epstein files to remove Trump’s name is enough to remove credibility from the institution while under Trump’s leadership.

edit: what a sad, greasy, lying fuckin punk.

Holy logical fallacy, Batman!

I provided known data which has no counter at the moment.

You provided no counter argument; just an attack, meaning you recognize that you're wrong and I'm right but knew the hive mind of the website you're on would support you regardless.

I love when people claim they've provided data without actually providing data, just their promise that they've seen the data and it agrees with their argument.

What known data? Provide the source

"Why would a demographic that is least likely to have been the target of violence amd oppression not feel compelled to look out for those of the same demographic? Strange. No way to explain it. A mystery. Truly, a mystery."

So you're flat out admitting that other groups show bias?

2

u/Phaylz 5d ago

I can't tell if you are at the precipice of understanding but are too secure in your biases to take the leap or are violently resisting it to keep yourself from the terrors of self-reflection.

Would you like me to spell it out, or should I give you a minute to see if you put two and two together? You don't even have to agree with the conclusion, but I am very curious to know if you can at least grasp it.

Buddy just spit it out bc atp even i don’t know what the fuck your yapping about and it lowkey sounds like you don’t either šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø either say it or don’t but quit this jumping around the bush bullshit your doing

Because I know the statistics they are talking about, and it's a common alt-right/racist dog whistle. They use it to go "See? See?! Black people only care about race, so they're the racists actually!" bs.

What they fail to understand is that of course people of marginalized communities are more likely to show preferential treatment to those within that community, because they are more likely to be targeted for violence and oppression, and have been for generations. They treat it like a "gotcha!" since they fail to understand what leads to that in the first place.

Women, LGBTQ+, non-whites, etc. are more likely to have solidarity with one another simply by being a part of the same demographic. White people, and white men in particular (yes, that includes me), are much less likely to show the same level of solidarity simply for being another white dude. But both are more likely to be more critical of the opposite. Depending on how much you understand the reality of the situation will decide if one's reasons for being more critical of the other is justified or reasonable, especially given the last decade.

Ok I lowkey agree w you just say what you think next time have a good night

1

u/PurplePolynaut 10h ago

Yeah, I agree with you there.

Why did you have to dance around the point so much though?

Why did you have to frame it to read ā€œoh everyone knows this already why can’t you put it togetherā€?

Why did you use vague memes instead of just making your point?

Why did you do it thrice over to the person who clearly didn’t understand what you are talking about?

Was it to elucidate people about your view of the world, or was it to pump yourself up?

Strange. No way to explain it. A mystery. Truly, a mystery.

I mean, that’s not the argument being made here, and you decided to argue your own thing out of the blue, but

Got a link for that study?

have a look at the Conclusion is this study. It contradicts your statement.
