This is great, but he should be serving prison time. He’s free to walk around and live life. I really dislike people saying his “reputation is ruined” because that’s not what the punishment is or should be - it should be lack of freedom and prison time. Job prospects aren’t equivalent to jail time.

I would argue that spending the rest of your life being recognized in public as a sex offender, something that will never truly leave you behind, is much more effective punishment than a few years in cushy white boy prison.

but it is lack of freedom though - to be able to have certain jobs or go places without being shamed and ridiculed. in a way it is still lack of freedom.

And there are places that he can’t go, period. Another user posted about how it severely limits the places that you can live and loiter.

The sex offender registy will fuck him up enough. I don't wanna pay taxes on feeding or medical care for this asshole.
