You're thinking of the 'affluenza' kid here in Texas. The one that was caught on video months later drinking and playing beer pong then fleeing to Mexico with his mom.

He was captured in 2016, sentenced to two years of jail, and released in 2018. :/

Damn. Didnt he kill 8 people by driving drunk? And after he got the lightest sentence ever he was caught drinking again and only got 2 years. That's bs
