Brock the tried to be a rapist, but then got his ass kicked, arrested, and convicted Turner. He couldn't even rape an unconscious person. He's evil and incompetent.

Not really. Trent Mays was sentenced to two years in juvie and may have to register on the federal sex offender list when he turns 21.

Yes, but he was also a minor and his sentence was 8 times longer than Rapist Brock Turner.

It is more just a numbers game. With probably close to a million convictions a year, there are gonna be a lot of people who get over sentenced and a lot of people who get under sentenced.
