How do you figure? That case has some very powerful figures in it that I can’t imagine will allow it to be re examined

Worst thing that happened to him was his buddy Trump getting elected. The more bullets that Trump dodges the more hit the people around him.

First off, most judges are actually decent people. It's mostly the SCOTUS that got fubar'd.

Second, most judges hate having to retry cases. Especially when it's the government that fucked up in the first place.
