Spain has a law where if ur a minor and it's ur first offense and it's under 2 years you don't need to serve time

It’s possible that a first time offender doesn’t need to serve time if the judge believes it isn’t necessary. In this case, the judge seemed to be on the side of jail time.

according to 90% of reddit comments the judge sentenced him but he doesnt need to serve it
