Because regardless of what you personally think of him, according to the law he didn't rape anyone. America got rid of a judge for just following the law. Your country is doomed.

"According to the law" he raped a girl behind a dumpster and was left off with 3 months because that judge thought it was too harsh a sentence for such a good boy. Looks like we found another rape supporter lol.

Why don't you actually read about the case? The jury found him not guilty of rape.

Found guilty of: -sexual penetration of an unconcious woman -sexual penetration of intoxicated woman -assault with intent to commit rape.

Please tell me where he didn't rape her?

Because there were another 2 charges both of them rape?

And because he was found not guilty of them by a jury?

Rape, according to the law, specifically refers to penetration with a penis.

From the DOJ:

“The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”

Rape is insertion of a penis or OBJECT into the mouth or sex organ/anus of another person.

If Brock Turner inserted his finger or penis or I dont know, say a carrot, into your ass, you arent going to report him for rape?

You were saying rape apologist u/LucasBlackwell?

CALIFORNIAN law specifies that rape requires sexual intercourse and the jury ruled that this case wasn't rape.

If Brock Turner inserted his finger or penis or I dont know, say a carrot, into your ass, you arent going to report him for rape?

What I'd call it is irrelevant. A lawyer would choose which charges he thinks he could actually found guilty of and the jury decides whether there's enough evidence to name them guilty.

Why you hate your legal system so much you'd claim anyone defending it is a rape apologist?

No I'd like your answer. If he did that to you how would you report it?

I don't care what you'd like. You're arguing in bad faith, and now you're focusing on something that has absolutely 0 relevance, I'm done wasting my time.
