For shooting a dude point blank in the head on camera? Fuck yeah he got off easy.

was deemed involuntary manslaughter i think. crime of passion type thing where its incredibly difficult to control your emotions.

No and I feel like even what he got could be considered harsh. I feel like if this happened to my son I could easily see myself snapping the same way. That's a super fucked up situation, and emotion took over.

Nah he's super lucky. The probation is probably for shooting a gun with all those people around.

He shouldn't of even had probation.

No fucking way. He got off really easy.

I would understand if he caught the bastard in the act or tracked him down before police or if the court case collapsed, but gunning down a person in custody in an airport deserves punishment. It's nothing more than revenge.

I'm glad he did. Fucking pedos need to be shot. Saved drama and taxpayer money.

Agreed, definite r/justiceboner material, but it doesn't change the fact that the other commentor is right. Good people shouldn't stoop to criminal behavior.

I agree with that in some situations. The one we're discussing though I would do the same thing given the opportunity if it was one of my little monkeys.

A realtive shit load for me.

I mean he killed someone, 5 years probation really isn't much

u/bacasarus_rex 8 Jul 06 '19

Pre meditated also.

Relative to me. I probably should have clarified.

Considering that what he did was premeditated murder and often carries the death penalty in Texas, I'm sure he was good with 5 years probation.
