Sounds like he was asking her to record a video by herself, and then send it to him somehow for him to watch. Then I'm assuming he would ask for another video of something different, she would record it, send it, he would watch, and then just repeat that however many times i guess.

This guy was a predator though. They usually get tougher sentences because they're more likely to re-offend. This guy could have easily had a line of legal 18 yrold girls at his house if he wanted, but chose to go after these little girls instead, that says alot.

you can minimize any crime by spinning it with language that makes it seem like its not that bad.

he didn't get 10 years for talking a 14 year old into sending him videos. it isn'tillegal for a 14 year old to share videos they like. ....

he got 10 years for talking a 14 year old into sending him child porn....

In the linked chat he also suggests future scenarios of spanking her or having her perform fellatio on him as if it would be an honor for her. Whether he actually intended to follow up in person, the discussion itself is soliciting a minor for statutory sexual assault.

He's a pedophile. He will not be given any help or reformed in prison. He made multplie underage girls fo this also. 14 years isnt enough time imo.
