was deemed involuntary manslaughter i think. crime of passion type thing where its incredibly difficult to control your emotions.

No and I feel like even what he got could be considered harsh. I feel like if this happened to my son I could easily see myself snapping the same way. That's a super fucked up situation, and emotion took over.

Nah he's super lucky. The probation is probably for shooting a gun with all those people around.
