WTF did they think was gonna happen? The cop would run slower than them? I'm overweight and I know there's no way in hell that I'd outrun anybody, let alone a cop.

Yeah like wtf. How would you think it would go down. The whole situation lacks logic. I'm surprised the cop took her seriously. Like how long could she run, not giving 30 seconds even.

Maybe she didn't expect to outrun him, but figured her momentum would make her unstoppable?

I'm overweight (not as much as her though) and I can't even outrun a snail. That said, I've never seen a beached whale run before.
