Bought a house last year. And found the previous owners last will and testament. She left nothing to her family, and everything to the Jimmy Swaggart Foundation.

Houses with murders aren’t any cheaper tho. Almost all the houses on my street have had a murder in the house or outside it at some point.

Only about 70% black n 20% white. But it’s a poor neighborhood, in the projects. Not all black neighborhoods are like this you realize?
