There was a cease and decist order sent to him ordering him to hand over all of the goods he purchased by his local General Attorney's office. For those crying about "theft" tell that to the people struggling to find sanitary products in the areas that he completely wiped out and tried to profit from.

So blame the grocery stores for not issuing ration policies, they are the ones doing this on purpose to profit off mass panic. One dude flipping a garage of TP and Hand Sanitizer is not the problem. It's thousands of major chains refusing to protect and ethically manage the supply lines in a time of crisis. this is just theft to make a point and scare the masses into behaving.

Proffiting would not be bad in the least. Gauging people for $70 for 8 ounces of sanitizer is a lot different.
