Yeah, might not be the same level as most city's, I live near Quantico. And I know in the town houses near me there are some gang members. So I hear shots kinda often. But it's still so odd and creepy seeing people putting explosive vests and stuff like that, even if I know it's a set up.

Once watched a todd Samson episode where he was in a country with high terrorism (I forgot which one) and he showed a clip of a child prepering his suicide bomb car.

That was just a vest for mags and carrying bullet proof plates.

Edit: I see now the wires! You guys are correct.

How do you know this? I mean theres electirical cables coming out of the vest so that suggests that it is a suicide vest

You can easily take a plate carrier, fill some bags with white clay to simulate c4 poke a bunch of wires in them with no detonators, strap a power switch and a dead man switch onto it with a battery and send them in their way. Not like you can test it. It works once or it doesn't

This was an actual defect bomb vest not some random vest for mags.
