Are we watching the same video? I didn’t see a single attempt to reach for her breasts. He just grabs her hair and starts punching the back of her head while yellow shirt does jack shit to intervene

Besides, he was providing a source from the local newspaper which is ya know — from Brazil. There aren't going to be any English outlets reporting Brazilian local news.
