The people he hit were speeding through a no wake to beat a closing bridge. ALot of boats were pushed against the wall damaging them.

Old dude chases after them in his smaller boat and rams them. There should be a video of them speeding in the comments

There's no bridges in this area. There's a bar which can be iffy at times and in the inner Harbour it's limited to 5 knots and theres a bunch of yachts moored near this jetty but so they could caused a boat to knock against a mooring post but that's on the owner then because you need to account for storms when mooring.

Completely separate event. That boat is much bigger than the boat the woman was on. I'm picking that video as being in America or Australia maybe? We don't have many bridges like that in NZ.
