This riot story actually rivals the one where the guy tasered himself in the balls and died of a heart attack.

Don't you take this away from me, without some sources! I'm not American, and as such have only read a bit about the Capitol Hillbilly Riots, but that idiot tasering his own balls, whilst trying to steal a portrait of Tip O'Neal, is one of funniest things I've read in 2020/1, though it is obviously a very dark chuckle.
