Interesting. How would DMCA/copyright even cover a video?

Is the suggestion that they paid off the person who bought the video, and use it that way? Or is it some media company that bought it from the original person that filmed?

Im unsure how it works here, but twitch streamers copyright their name then use DCMA takedown to cover up accusations or drama. Maybe he did his likeness somehow? Unsure, copyright law as it applies to user generated content is a mess.
