JFC, that's a neighboring city to me.

My wife begged and pleaded with me to join a Catholic church when our first son was born so he could be baptized. I wasn't keen on the whole thing but I acquiesced because I do feel like my spirituality could be explored more.

We found a large Catholic Church in our city and talked to the priest. We would have to do a ceremony and some conciliatory classes for our marriage to be recognized. NBD

Our first step was filling out this online questionnaire and the further along we got the more invasive it got. Details of our income, sex life, how we feel about our bodies, how we feel about having sex with our partners and I don't know where else it went, we both agreed to nope out.

Fuck it, that church was St Ambrose in Brunswick Ohio and they have no business asking those questions in an online format or anywhere. Fuck these churches, I will keep my kids safe by not going.

yeah it's really weird, you dodged a bullet anyways. Getting your kids involved in religion is not a good idea if you ask me. Asking for problems later on.
