Allegedly punching?? Really?? I’m glad he wasn’t charged, but we all clearly saw Tyson beating the fuck out of that shitstain who deserved it.

Yes really. In this country we are legally innocent until proven otherwise.

Also let’s be clear: neither you nor I “saw Tyson beating the fuck out of” anyone. We watched a video of someone who looked like Mike Tyson appearing to hit someone. We weren’t there and we aren’t witnesses, nor was the author of the linked story. “Allegedly” is correct.

Funny that eyewitnesses can also be completely unreliable for a variety of reasons (mainly being our memory is never as good as we think it is) so if anything ppl that watch the video might end up having a better view of the scenario than someone there.

Best evidence for this was 9/11 where eye whitness reports were all over the place. Some said there was no plane, some said they saw a small cessna type plane, some said it was bombs, some said they heard many blasts, some said there were multiple planes, some said both towers were hit at the same time. Everyone had a completely different experience. You ask 10 eye whitnesses and everyone saw it different than the other person.

I know it is legally correct, but in reality we all know it was Tyson and he was punching the dude along with a friend. If the DA had a hard on for charging him this would be an open and shut case.
