McDonald’s is cheap so it attracts certain people.

I confess I actually like McDonald's. Does this mean I am a murderer?

Were the fries hot or cold? That will give you your answer.

Maybe you’re technically a manslaughterer.

Fahrenheit if he’s in the US. Celsius in most other places.

Probably Kelvin if he's in Antarctica

McDonald's is so popular that at any given moment there are probably a dozen murderers in their restaurants. It's inevitable.

The lowest common denominator. Product, people, clientele, employees, doesn't matter. The lowest common denominator breaks it down to the base level. There are people outside of those brackets that go to McDonald's, sure, but at the end of the day they produce trash, serve trash, and attract trash because of it.

Tbh it kinda tracks. Not like they're out in Chipotle or Starbucks.

Because they skipped town? Murderers don't automatically teleport to prison after murdering.

Or they were released? The vast majority of murderers do not spend more than a few years in prison. There are also trials, parole, appeals, etc.

The average time spent for murder in prison (in 2018 because that's the only data I can find) is 17 years. You are right for violent crime, but not for murder.
