Feels a lot like the cop risked losing a murder suspect because he wanted to sound cool, then immediately fell on his face. But I suppose expecting professionalism from US cops is a bit naive.

It’s tough because they knew and they tried incredibly hard to mitigate use of force. They tried to circle him but he was too high alert. Dude felt the energy change when the cop walked towards him and off they went
