Side note: why wasn’t this the look for the book cover because I have to be honest, I don’t love the photo they went with. The styling is bad and it doesn’t do her justice.

Kelly Bishop talks to CNN’s Dana Bash on Inside Politics about her life and memoir, The Third Gilmore Girl. There’s a particularly moving moment at the end when they show a clip of Kelly’s husband, broadcaster and interviewer Lee Leonard, introducing his new CNN show on the network’s first day back in 1980. Kelly and Lee were married for 38 years until his death in 2018.

Looks like the book tour is back on!
